PERSONALITY: Scarlett is a two year old Chihuahua mix. Upon arrival at ARF, our vets determined that she was having difficulty walking. X-rays showed that she had been shot by a BB gun and has a BB is lodged in her spine. After a course of physical therapy and medication, she now walks and runs fine but sadly, her tail will never wag and she will likely need wee wee pads for the rest of her life. She will be fine living in a home with another mellow dog or with cats, but no children please. Because of her awful beginnings, she is a little timid but warms up very quickly and would love a chance to have a life surrounded by people who love her.
